What we collect
Name, email address, company and your message. We may also collect technical data needed for security and anti-spam such as IP address and user agent.

Purpose and legal basis
We process your data only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interests in running our business and answering prospective clients.

How we process your message
Your message is transmitted by email to our team. It is not stored in the website database. Service providers that operate our hosting, email routing and anti-spam tools may process your data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the EEA (e.g. to our anti-spam service), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention
We keep enquiry emails in our mailbox for up to 12 months, or longer if needed for an ongoing project or legal obligation, then we delete them.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL in France.

Security
Transport encryption is used when data is sent to us. Access to messages is restricted to our team.

No automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making on contact form submissions.
